Thanks to Dr Neena Luthra we have had the privilege of enjoying the most amazing pickles. They come in so many different tastes – spicy, sweet, sour, tangy - and in the most unusual in and delightful combinations. They are beautifully packed in glass jars and charmingly labelled. She has managed to pickle a most amazing variety of fruit and vegetables to create these masterpieces. So you can taste mango with Chana, hot green chilies, plump and sweet raisins and dates and tangy tomatoes all dished up in palate tickling chutneys and pickles. Her creations are as unique and vibrant as she is! She is the most unlikely person you would imagine as your local pickle and Chutney maker!!!! She’s a medical doctor par excellence, and has earned the highest medical degrees. But thanks to her passion for pickle and Chutney making we are privileged to have this great doctor sharing with us her wonderful creations!
